Blend Network has appointed Chloe Stidston-Lewis (pictured above) as a lending associate.

Chloe joins the P2P lender from Propfin, where she worked as a portfolio analyst.

Prior to this, she was an underwriter at Avamore Capital.

Commenting on her appointment, Chloe said she was very pleased to join Blend’s team.

“The company has already gained recognition as one of the most innovative and dynamic businesses in the alternative property lending sector,” she stated.

“Its business model and strategy offer property developers overlooked by mainstream lenders an opportunity to secure funding, while providing lenders with robust returns, secured on bricks and mortar.

“I believe the company has a great future, and I look forward to playing a strong role in its expansion and success.”

Chloe’s appointment follows a period of rapid growth and expansion at Blend.

According to the lender, Blend’s lending is up by 104% compared to 2019.

The company plans to continue to bolster its team over the coming months and is actively looking to recruit people with experience in property finance, as well as junior analysts.

Yann Murciano, CEO at Blend Network, commented: “Chloe brings a breadth and depth of experience and knowledge across property loan servicing and underwriting, which will significantly help us originate new business.

“Her appointment will help accelerate our acquisition of new borrowers, as well as enhance our capabilities to service both existing and new borrowers on the platform.”
